Job Summary

The Software Business Analyst will support our SaaS offering by defining business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes.


You will work with the product owner and stakeholders, designers, architects, and agile development leads to translate customer requirements into implementable features and enhancements for the product offerings.

You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization’s strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes. This role works closely with the product owner to define and revise the product roadmap and prioritize features – at both the macro level and into individual details for sprint goals in collaboration with the agile scrum leads and development leads.

Skills + Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience in software development process with a strong understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills and change management experience
  • Demonstrated ability working with Agile development methodologies and systems.
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and systematically break these down into implementable feature sets for the SaaS Solution.
  • Experience with building, maintaining, and transforming products working with exceptionally large datasets and multiple sources of data and data classifications is preferred.
  • Understanding of Cloud practices to support effective business continuity, high availability, and security as well as cost-optimised use of infrastructure is a plus.
  • An understanding of Concepts involving Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a plus.
  • An understanding of generic non-functional requirements for commercial, mission-critical enterprise software products and services in the areas of system performance, scalability, security, usability, ease of implementation, supportability, and maintainability is highly preferred.
