Deborah Jillson

Deborah is responsible for scaling the company through fast paced revenue growth with Breakwater’s software, consulting, and services offerings. Deborah has delivered consistent success in driving sales and tailored solutions with a keen understanding of clients’ needs; maximizing creative sales opportunities and identifying new markets and working across diverse groups to build buy-in and consensus. Deborah has worked for some of the largest legal technology providers including Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis and Thompson Reuters bringing smaller companies into the fold. Most recently Deborah spent 5 years at Kraft Kennedy building out the Sales team and delivering solid growth year over year.
