Pamela Gage

Pamela Gage is the VP, People and Culture at Breakwater. She leads the vision for Breakwater Solution’s people strategy and company culture. An accomplished human resources professional, Pamela has over 15 years of experience as a global HR leader with expertise in M&A and Strategic Business Partner programs in various technology companies, including WP Engine, IBM, and StoredIQ. Pamela is an active SHRM member and earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
